On 26th of July 2025, the Meadow Festival, organised by the Latvian Fund for Nature, took place in Dreiliņkalns. This full-day event was dedicated to semi-natural grasslands and nature-friendly practices.

Throughout the day, the LIFE FOR SPECIES project team informed festival participants about the upcoming Latvian Red Data Book and protected species, and also organised a quiz and an activity corner for the youngest visitors.
